Elevate Indoor Golf is a premier 24/7 indoor golf facility featuring state-of-the-art Trackman simulators. We provide year-round access to golf practice, play, and instruction in a climate-controlled environment.

We're open 24/7, 365 days a year! Book your session anytime that works for you through our online booking system.

You can book online through our AllBooked system. Simply select your preferred date and time, complete payment, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your access code.

We're happy to offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking, giving you flexibility and peace of mind. For cancellations made within 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable, as last-minute openings are difficult to rebook and this policy helps us keep prime time slots available and fairly priced for all guests.

After booking, you'll receive an email with a unique access code. Simply use this code at the door to enter the facility at your scheduled time. For last-minute bookings made within 20 minutes of your scheduled start time, access codes may arrive shortly after your booking begins. To ensure a smooth and on-time start, we recommend booking a little earlier whenever possible. Please also be sure to check your inbox and junk/spam folder. If you need any assistance, our team is always happy to help so you can focus on enjoying your time with us.

Your access code will be sent to you 1 hour before your booking start time. Please note: the code becomes active 10 minutes before your booking, the code is valid only for the duration of your booked time, and access will automatically end when your booking ends. This helps keep the facility secure for all guests.

Yes, please bring your own golf clubs. Make sure they're in good condition and suitable for simulator use.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for golf. For footwear, golf shoes with soft spikes or clean sneakers are recommended.

We use Trackman simulators, the gold standard in golf technology. Trackman provides professional-grade accuracy for ball tracking, swing analysis, and realistic gameplay.

Each simulator can accommodate up to 4 players comfortably. For larger groups, you can book multiple simulators.

We offer 50+ world-class golf courses to play virtually, including many of the world's most famous courses like Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, and more.

Session lengths vary based on what you book. Typical practice sessions are 1 hour, while full rounds can take 2-3 hours depending on your group size.

You can do both! Use the simulator for practice sessions to work on your swing, or play full rounds on virtual courses. The choice is yours.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Yes! Our facility is perfect for golfers of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced players. The simulators provide instant feedback to help you improve.

To keep things running smoothly, casting to TVs, changing music, or adjusting system settings isn't available. All systems are centrally managed to ensure the best experience for all guests.

We strive to keep our facility at a comfortable temperature year-round using a centralized HVAC system. If you ever feel that a specific room is too hot or too cold, please leave us feedback via our contact form so our technicians can review the airflow in that specific area.

No — this is a fully unattended facility. Don't worry though! You'll receive clear instructions before your booking, and remote support is available if needed.

Yes — all guests are asked to review and accept our liability waiver before using the facility. This helps make sure everyone understands how to use the space safely. You can view the waiver at elevateindoorgolf.com/waiver.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note: alcohol is not permitted at any time. Since we're an unattended facility, this helps keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Because there's no staff on site, we keep things alcohol-free to maintain a safe environment for all guests. Thanks for understanding!

Yes, please! We're a community-focused, unattended space, and we kindly ask everyone to clean up after themselves. This includes throwing out any garbage, putting equipment back where you found it, and leaving the space as you would like to find it. If significant cleaning is required after a session, a cleaning fee may apply.

We understand accidents happen. However, if extra cleaning is needed, a cleaning fee may be charged. Helping us keep the space tidy allows us to keep prices fair for everyone.
